TDF Real Estate and Property Services focuses on the development of superior quality permanent and transitional housing affordable to low income families and individuals, along with TDF program participants and graduates.
Property Management
Property Management Division serves a range of functions related to the management of residential buildings for The Doe Fund and third parties. The team is also responsible for the day to day compliance of the buildings in its portfolio, from Low Income Housing Tax Credits, to providing information to City, State, and Federal agencies.
Asset Management
Asset Management Division manages the systematic process of maintaining, upgrading, and operating TDF assets cost-effectively; this includes but is not limited to, managing the daily operations of TDF Real Estate as well as any third party developments, to maximize the productivity and return. The asset management department provides a frame work for handling both short and long- range planning.
Facilities Management
Facilities Management Division manages the maintenance of all TDF facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to maintain building quality and respond to multiple requests to ensure, not only the safe operation of the facility, but to address special requests and emergencies. Facilities is also responsible for coordinating any procurement of goods, materials, supplies and contracted work within the facilities.
Construction Management
Construction Management Division provides construction management services at The Doe Fund facilities and all The Doe Fund's affordable housing ventures.
Scatter Site Housing
Scatter Site Housing program helps medically and clinically disabled men, women and families move from conditions of homelessness or inappropriate housing into dependent and private housing throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Our Scatter Site model features consumer leased apartments, move in assistance, case management and independent living skills training.
